Corporate Labs — AI Agent Organization Platform
Last Updated: March 23, 2026 Effective Date: March 23, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines governing the use of the Corporate Labs platform and services (the "Service"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
The Service enables users to create and operate organizations of AI agents that autonomously execute tasks using third-party AI models. Given the powerful and autonomous nature of AI agent systems, adherence to this AUP is critical to ensuring the responsible, ethical, and lawful use of the Service.
2. General Principles
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Act in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Take responsibility for the content of your prompts, agent configurations, knowledge base entries, and the outputs generated by your AI agents.
- Review and verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.
- Report any suspected misuse, vulnerabilities, or harmful outputs to us promptly at abuse@corporate-labs.ai.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, process, store, or distribute content that:

4.2 AI-Specific Misuse
- Use AI agents to autonomously interact with external services, APIs, or systems without proper authorization from the owners of those services.
- Create AI agent hierarchies designed to deceive humans into believing they are communicating with real people, without clear disclosure.
- Use the Service to train, fine-tune, or improve competing AI models or services using outputs generated through our platform.
- Attempt to extract or reconstruct the training data, model weights, or proprietary information of the third-party AI models accessible through the Service.

- Establishing internal review processes appropriate to the risk level of your use case.
- Not relying solely on AI-generated outputs for decisions that may significantly affect individuals' rights, safety, finances, or wellbeing.
5.2 Disclosure
When sharing AI-generated content with third parties, you agree to clearly disclose that the content was generated by AI when: (a) the content could reasonably be mistaken for human-authored work in a context where the distinction matters; (b) applicable law or regulation requires disclosure of AI involvement; or (c) the content is used in a professional, commercial, or public context.
5.3 Accuracy
You acknowledge that AI models may produce inaccurate, biased, outdated, or fabricated outputs. You agree not to present AI-generated outputs as verified facts without independent verification.
6. Resource Usage
6.1 Fair Use
You agree to use the Service's computational resources in a reasonable manner. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or limit access for users whose usage patterns significantly exceed normal use or negatively impact other users.
